Apple Pie Protein Smoothie

Mix THIS:
2 red apples
1 frozen banana
1 cup ice
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup coconut, almond, or soymilk yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of ginger
Tiny pinch of ground cloves
1-2 set dates or 1-2 teaspoons raw honey whenever wanted
